U can try my method and find out if I made any mistake.
What u can do is copy the two pictures separately and paste it on Microsoft word. Place the picture with 12 people at the top of the page and the picture with 13 people below it. Now observe two pics separately. At the sane time, observe the animations and list all the differences. The two people starting from the left at the back row are exchanging their positions. with the 3 people starting from the right at the back row . The people seen in the middle are also changing their positions. U can also observe some ex-changes of the dress-parts. Now have a look at the people standing at the front row. The top part of the head of the second person is moving to the position of the first person at the far right. At the same time, the head of the person at the far right is moving to the middle.The person wearing white clothes is exchanging top part of his head with the second person from the left.
